With over 16 years of experience in the built environment industry, Mr. Nyathi is a seasoned development and projects professional, with a strong track record across agriculture, civil and building construction, and property development. His expertise spans from projects preparation, contract and document management, cost control, planning/scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement that is all guided by a focused commitment to building sustainable value and enabling growth in the African built environment market.
Mr. Nyathi is also an innovative business and sector leader. He has founded, invested in, and led multiple ventures across the Retail, meat processing, fintech, and health sectors—bringing commercial discipline and an ability to identify scalable opportunities.
Beyond business, he has played a significant role in the transformation of the built environment industry. He previously served as Provincial Chairperson of the Black Management Forum (BMF) Youth Chamber in Mpumalanga. He is currently the National Chairperson for BBCBE Youth and serves as a member of the B20 Finance and Infrastructure Taskforce. He is also an accredited UNDP supplier development specialist.

Johan Chilly is an experienced construction and operations professional with over 11 years of experience in infrastructure, civil works, and housing developments. As COO of Figgup, he oversees company operations, project execution, and team performance across multiple sites. He is recognised for his strong leadership, operational efficiency, and results driven approach, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
